Do all server members require a premium seat?
No, not all server members need a premium seat. Only server members who need to perform actions that exceed the limits of non-premium users need to be placed in a premium seat. For example, a user can be assigned to a task with multiple assignees without being in a premium seat, but the user who assigns the users must be in a premium seat to exceed the non-premium limits.
Can I change the number of premium seats later?
Yes, you can change the number of premium seats at any time. The changes will take effect immediately and the billing will be adjusted accordingly.
What is the scope of a subscription?
A subscription is valid for a single server. If you want to use premium features on multiple servers, you need to purchase a subscription for each server.
Are all bots included in one subscription?
Yes, all bots provided by Bnder (Task Manager, Calendar Manager and Knowledge Manager) are included in one subscription. You get the benefits of premium features for all bots with a single subscription in your server.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period and will not be renewed afterwards.
