Jan Brinkmann is the founder and managing director of Bnder. Bnder is built by an independent German software company to connect support requests with the product work and documentation that resolve them.
Our story
Bnder addresses a specific break in small software teams: a customer request reaches an inbox, gets copied into a task, and the final resolution later disappears into chat or disconnected documents. The ticket, linked task, customer reply, and help document therefore stay in one workflow.
