Bnder scans supported file and ticket attachments and gives workspace administrators a remediation view for detected malware.
Disaster-recovery backups
Bnder creates daily system backups, retains them for 30 days, and uses them for disaster recovery rather than individual file restoration.
Export and deletion controls
Users can export supported workspace data and request account or workspace deletion under the documented retention rules.
Optional AI processing
When an AI feature is invoked, required content may be sent through Bnder’s configured AI gateway to OpenAI models. The privacy policy explains the scope.
