Booking Links

Booking links let you share a public scheduling page so people can request time with you, similar to Calendly. Each link can have its own duration, availability rules, and confirmation flow.

  • Creates a public page at /calendar/book/{key} on your Bnder Page domain.
  • Shows your name, workspace name, and available time slots.
  • Lets visitors request a slot by providing their email address.
  • Sends notifications to the owner and requester and optionally auto-confirms the booking.

Booking links are configured per workspace. You can create multiple booking links for the same workspace (for example, "Intro call" and "Project review"). The maximum number of links depends on the active paid seats in that workspace.

Confirmation flow

  • If Auto-confirm is enabled, the booking is created immediately and the requester receives a confirmation email.
  • If Auto-confirm is disabled, the booking is created as a pending request. The owner confirms or denies it in the app, and the requester is notified after the decision.

Owners are notified via email or Discord, depending on how the workspace owner is configured.

The booking is saved before notifications are delivered. A temporary email or notification-provider problem does not cancel the booking; owners can still see it in their calendar, and the booking page continues to report the saved request as successful.

Each booking link can include a static meeting URL. When a booking is confirmed, that link is:

  • Included in the confirmation email.
  • Saved as the event location.
