People View
The people view provides an overview of all tasks assigned to each member of your workspace. It helps you manage workloads and ensure that tasks are evenly distributed among team members.

Accessing the People View
To access the people view, click on the "Tasks" section in the left navigation. If will open the Kanban view by default. After that, you will see more options underneath the "Tasks" section. Click on "People" to switch to the people view.
Changing assignees
In the people view, you can easily change the assignees of tasks. To do so, simply drag and drop tasks between different team members. This allows you to quickly reassign tasks and balance workloads as needed. Team-owned tasks appear in every effective team member's column. Edit the task's assignees to transfer team-owned work; these shared cards are not draggable. If a reassignment cannot be saved, the card returns to its previous member. Dragging a mixed person/team assignment to Unassigned removes both kinds of ownership. Dragging it between people changes only the direct person assignment and keeps its team ownership.
Tasks stay grouped by their current status inside each person column. Each status section starts with a visible divider using the column name, so you can scan assignee workload without guessing where one status group ends and the next begins.
Each column totals the estimated effort of its visible unfinished tasks. Tasks without an effort estimate count as one hour, matching Bnder's capacity calculation. Changing task filters changes this visible project total. For team-owned tasks, that effort is divided across the team's unique active members, matching the utilization calculation.
Workspace administrators also see booked versus available capacity and utilization for the next seven days. This capacity is workspace-wide rather than filter-dependent: it includes open tasks and tickets, working hours, meetings, holidays, out-of-office time, and vacations. Detailed person-level capacity remains hidden from members who cannot manage workspace settings. Capacity and team membership refresh periodically and capacity refreshes after task changes. Capacity remains visible and continues refreshing while switching projects in the same workspace. Switching workspaces cancels the previous workspace's capacity request instead of waiting for it. Slow capacity requests are not overlapped by polling. If capacity refresh fails, the last-known values remain visible with a warning and retry action. If team membership refresh fails, cached cards remain visible with a People settings warning until retry succeeds.
If your workspace enables manual approval for internal members, approved people appear before the other member columns in People view. A divider marks where the view switches from approved members to the rest, so the approved group stays easy to scan while you review or rebalance work.
