CRM records and linked work
Bnder CRM keeps three core kinds of customer data:
- People represent individuals and can contain contact details, consent, ownership, activity, and linked work.
- Organizations group domains, addresses, owners, People, and business context.
- Records are workspace-defined objects such as opportunities, subscriptions, partners, or implementations.
Open CRM, choose a section, and select Create. Bnder uses the field layout and validation configured for that entity. Possible duplicate People and Organizations require an explicit decision instead of being merged silently.
The editor closes only after Bnder confirms the save. If the request fails, the editor remains open with your entered values so you can retry without re-entering the record.
If a required value is missing or a number or currency is invalid, Bnder marks the affected field and moves focus to the first problem. Correcting the value removes its message; other field messages remain until corrected.
Keep work connected
From a CRM record, use Add to create a linked Ticket, Task, Event, custom Record, or Interaction. Tasks, Tickets, Projects, Documents, Files, Events, and comments can also reference CRM entities from their own editors. Normal permissions still apply to the linked item and CRM data independently.
Find and organize records
Use CRM search for People, Organizations, custom Records, Commitments, and Requests. Saved views can filter, sort, group, and present data as tables, boards, calendars, timelines, or owner views.
Archive records when they should leave active work without losing history. Members with the relevant permissions can preview merges, exports, anonymization, or deletion dependencies under Manage. Bnder shows affected references before a destructive change.
