CRM Playbooks

Playbooks are versioned sequences of the same supported actions used by CRM Automations. They can be started manually or by a Start Playbook automation action. Each run keeps the Playbook version and steps it started with, so later edits affect only new runs.

Use wait steps for a fixed duration or date, and condition steps to continue or stop based on CRM fields. Steps can request approval, create Bnder work, update CRM data, invoke a managed connector, or hand work to a virtual coworker. Custom executable code is not supported.

Runs expose their current step, attempts, approvals, errors, and append-only logs. You can pause an idle or waiting run, resume it, retry a failed run, or cancel unfinished work. An active step finishes before a control action changes the run.
